Still Skeptical
So apparently, yesterday something happend. This time, I did not feel any presence. Perhaps because it hasn't happend to me nor was it around me. But still... Anyway. Remember in the last post how I spoke about how I was online for quite some time and all of a sudden I heard the TV in the other room? Well, yesterday, this happend to my brother. He was looking out of the window in the room with the TV (which is his room). It was about 11 at night. The TV is on the other side of the room. He said he turned around and noticed the figure and the TV went on and then the figure just walked out.
I asked him where the remote was, he said it was on the little shelf he has that's just above his bed. Nobody was up there. In fact,t he rest of us where in the livingroom and he comes walking in and telling us what happend. Am I getting concerned? I guess. I mean, if this is real. I mean, I know my brother likes to play games with me and all. And if this was a game, I wouldn't care so much, except that I'd have made a fool of myself here. but that's alright. lol If ever I find out there are pranks going on, then so waht? It was fun while it lasted.
Anyway, the friend of mine that has contact the spirit about a few months ago simply said that it wasn't a harmful spirit or anything. It's too bad I don't fully remember b/c I guess I was so spooked that he was speaking to him right there in my driveway. Why I got spooked over that, I really don't know. But anyway, he simply told me that I will be living in this house for quite some time and it could be some sort of spirit that watches over me. We'll see how things go.
I'm thinking about talking to my friend about this. B/c of so many events going on, I haven't been able to contact him. Perhaps I'll make a point of that. But I feel bad about asking people to do spiritual things for me.
I still wish to remain skeptical though. I'd prefer the spirit contact me in another way that isn't harmful if they wish to speak. Before, the appearance of this figure was few, but it's becoming more and more and I've been felling it.
But then again... who here as the active imagination. I mean, I don't spend most of my day thinking about it. But when things like that happpen, there is a reason. The houses in my neighborhood aren't that close together. what are the chances that someone else's remote turned that TV on? And what of the figures we've been seeing on seperate occasions at various times of the day? (And now, different areas of the house) And if it's really a spirit? Who's? And what would they want with us? And if what my friend said was true about the spirit watching over me is true and that my leaving for school soon may be the reason for the more frequent events?
I want to be skeptical.
